Remember to use an essential oil that has relaxing properties if you are bathing before going to bed and an invigorating one if you want to start the day in top form. The ideal time to apply body lotion is after a bath – it will lock in moisture and by massaging in the direction of your heart – you will boost your circulation and lymphatic drainage.
Always, always, use a heat protection spray every time you dry your hair – it will help to prevent split ends and keep the hair healthy. If blow drying creates static in your hair, use a small amount of serum once your hair is dry. Sometimes, let your hair dry naturally – a break from the hairdryer does your hair a favour
We all know we should drink at least six glasses of water daily to benefit our health and skin but it also helps to fade dark circles under the eyes. Super-Busy Moms’ Secrets To Quick And Easy To Follow Beauty Care
Most women these days are in a big hurry to get out the door in the morning and don’t have time to spend in front of the mirror fixing themselves up; they’re also usually exhausted at the end of the day and don’t want to spend hours on a beauty routine either! But there are some things you can do to keep yourself looking fresh and radiant, and absolutely gorgeous, if you follow these quick and easy beauty tips.
Beauty Tips Start With Self Care
For one thing, remember that beauty really does start from within. People who have a very unhealthy diet and who don’t get enough water every day usually look very sallow with blotchy, uneven skin. All the beauty tips in the world won’t help you if you’re not watching your diet and drinking enough water. A diet high in animal fat will result in oily skin and clogged pores, and not enough water means dry skin with flakes and lines. The best beauty tips you’ll ever get will include taking care of yourself first so that you establish a “foundation” of good, healthy skin, nails, and hair.
Beauty tips also include getting adequate exercise as well. When you exercise you help your blood circulation and oxygen circulation as well, and this helps your skin to look more radiant. Blood and oxygen deliver vital nutrients to your skin and also work to take away dead cells and other impurities.
Beauty Tips for Your Skin
Probably one of the biggest mistakes that women make when it comes to skin care is to overdo their routine. They often use harsh cleansers and instruments that do nothing but irritate the skin and dry it out. Remember that even if you have skin problems you shouldn’t act as if your skin needs to be punished! Better beauty tips for your skin are to be gentle with it when you cleanse or exfoliate. Skip the harsh cleansers with alcohol and instead go for old-fashioned cold cream or a moisturizing toner. Don’t exfoliate too often; do this just once per week or even less. Be sure to moisturize every single night but again, skip the harsh chemicals. Many women have found that vitamin E oil works better than any commercial or expensive product.
Sometimes beauty tips for your skin also address your environment, which has a lot to do with how your skin looks. Keep a humidifier going in the dry months as your skin will get dry when the air around it is dry. Keep yourself out of the sun during the summer as this causes premature aging.
Beauty Tips for Your Hair
As with your skin, most women overdo it with shampoos and products for their hair. Unless your hair is very dirty or has a lot of product in it, you can usually just lather once in the shower regardless of what the shampoo bottle says about repeating! Beauty tips for the hair also include being gentle with it for better health. Get rid of wire brushes and opt for natural bristles and be gentle when you do brush. Avoid hair products that pull and tug on your hair as this can cause it to break and split. Use hot oil treatments on a regular basis as these help to restore your hair shaft’s strength and can replenish oil back into your hair. Other beauty tips include using natural products on your hair as well. Many women find using an egg or a cup of beer as a rinse can bring back the shine.
Some General Beauty Tips It may sound cliché, but usually a fresh face without a lot of makeup is more attractive to most than a woman that cakes on the product. The more makeup you heap on your face, the more likely you are to have clogged pores and other problems. So, skip the heavy product and opt for a natural look – a little bit of foundation, blush, mascara, and a light gloss on the lips is perfect for every day. This simplifies your routine and makes those beauty tips that much easier to apply!

Beauty Tips – The Right Cleanser
The pores of your skin need fresh air to breathe, if they are cannot breathe because the pores are blocked by dirt then you begin to develop various categories of skin problems. These skin problems can range from pimples and acne to zits and boils. Acne is considered to affect around 75 percent of the world’s population. A majority of those acne cases are caused by blocked pores. If you are not using the right technique and cleanser to wash your face, you are inviting trouble to your face.
Fortunately nothing can make you feel like a brand new you like a refreshing bath or shower. Having a good body scrub invigorates your senses and refreshes your skin, helping you prepare for the day ahead. But using the wrong soap or cleanser can, in fact, be counterproductive, throwing the natural balance of moistures in your skin out of whack, causing unsightly blemishes or itchy dryness and flaking. Cleanliness can be next to godliness, but only if you’re using the right soap-so know your skin, and get the soap that will keep it healthy, and beautiful. Today the market is loaded with all different types of cleansers that promise to make your skin look younger and more radiant. The solution you choose will primarily depend upon your skin type. Using a good soap for your face is not always the right solution.
The soap that’s right for your body isn’t necessarily the right cleanser for your face. Most people need a different soap and cleanser for each, because the different areas have different needs. The skin on your body is usually less sensitive, and you can therefore afford to use a more powerful cleanser, like bar soap, to clean it on a daily basis.
However, if you your skin tends toward dryness, be moderate in your use- you may not want to scrub down every inch of your body every day. Stick to areas that tend to perspire more, to avoid drying your skin out. Also, if you have body acne, it’s important that you wash daily, but not too frequently or vigorously. People often think that by washing often, they are help cut down on the oil that causes blemishes. In fact, by washing too frequently, they are drying out their skin, causing oil-producing glands to work double-time to keep up. So wash regularly, but within reason.
This is the same reason that it is important for you to have a different cleanser for your face than your body. There is a much higher concentration of these oil-producing glands on your face than on the rest of you, and the use of a strong, dehydrating cleanser like bar soap can push those glands into overdrive. Also, most bar soaps contain ingredients that can clog your pores, and can cause breakouts.
So for your facial cleanser, stick to a gentler, non-comedogenic (non-pore-clogging) soap, to keep your skin’s moisture in balance. If you suffer from acne, the use of an acne cleanser with ingredients like Benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid can help clear your skin to facilitate the absorption of acne treatments. However, like with all soaps, overuse can irritate your skin instead of making it better, so use them in moderation for the clearest, happiest skin possible.
It is easier to take a step towards maintaining a cleaner and healthier skin than it was before, with the research and technology available good skin is just a store away.

Use lip gloss or ChapStick to keep your lips soft, moist, and kissable. Use a product with sunscreen (like Softlips or Blistex) to prevent getting sunburn on your lips (a truly awful experience if you’ve never had it).
If you want only a basic, natural look using minimal makeup, go with mascara, neutral colored eye shadow, and lip gloss or lip tint. This is a great everyday look for women who only have a few moments to get ready for the day.
To make your eyes “pop,” apply dark colored eyeliner, such as brown or black, to both your upper and lower lash line. This look works well with mascara and eye shadow, and especially a smoky eye look. Please note – dark eyeliner can make you look older, so keep this in mind based on the look you are trying to achieve.
Protect your skin with a tinted moisturizer containing SPF 15 or greater (like Murad). You can still blend in the imperfections in your skin tone while protecting yourself from the UV rays. Don’t forget to apply sunscreen to the rest of your exposed skin if you are planning to be out in the sun.
Wear a hat on exceptionally hot days or as a fun fashion statement. If you’ve ever gotten sunburn on your scalp, you’ll quickly accept the benefit of wearing a hat to protect the top of your head and your face. Some hats even offer built-in UV protection (like Wallaroo).
Depending on your own personal preferences, you can enhance your look with other classic beauty moves, such as using colored eyeliner, experimenting with foundation and bronzer, or even applying false eyelashes for special events.
